Fitness instructor, African Olympics qualifier and former Chicago Bulls' 'Luv-A-Bull' Naledi Sesinyi is captured during an interview with Ebony magazine by celebrity photographer 'Ciddy' of The Blue Flamingo Photography Co., LLC, offering-up super-sexy secret moves that keep her clientèle firm.

While being interviewed by Associate Editor, Lynette R. Holloway of Ebony magazine, Sesinyi revealed some trade secret body-firming and downright sexy moves that the new fitness movement of 'vertical pole fitness' and 'sexy exercise' is
seemingly bursting
with and that which clients can't get enough of.

Naledi said, “I love working at Flirty Girl Fitness because it cuts out the lab rat repetitious workouts of past… the classes I teach breed variety that feeds women’s souls and self esteem, mixing cardio and choreography, strength and toning. All my classes are geared to giving you a hot and strong feminine body…whilst having a blast doing it.
