141 Capital’s Affiliate Associates with Interactive Brokers Group, Inc

Chicago, IL, December 09, 2009 -- 141 Capital, Inc. (OTCPK: ONCP). 141 Capital announced today that its 30% owned affiliate, Wind River Development Corporation, the developer of TradeTablet™, has chosen to ally itself with Interactive Brokers Group (“IB”) and to employ IB’s connectivity to over 70 market destinations worldwide. This means that TradeTablet will first become available to IB customers to provide them with the ability to receive live-streaming quotes and electronically execute transactions in stocks, options, futures, forex, bonds and funds. As TradeTablet becomes available, 141 will file its registration documents with the National Futures Association to become a registered Introducing Broker enable the company to open customer accounts for IB. It is currently anticipated that these events will take place during the first quarter of 2010.
