CUSTOMIZABLE GUEST PORTAL
To ensure only authorized guests have access to the Internet, a secure guest login page pops up when the guest first brings up a web browser. This guest captive portal can be customized to the company's look and style. Terms of use agreement can be displayed and home page redirection can be set up to automatically redirect the guest to the company's home page once logged in.

CONVENIENT GUEST ACCOUNT PROVISIONING
Guest account provisioning allows receptionists or any authorized employees to easily generate a guest account (with user name and password) on their own web browsers. Usually, guest access tickets may be pre-printed in a pile to minimize time and effort at the front desk.

SECURE WEB AUTHENTICATION
4ipnet Instant Guest Access Solution uses secure SSL web portal for guest authentication. All client devices are blocked from all access until a web browser is opened and correct user name and password are entered. After the first login, user accounts are allowed to connect to the network for a limited time or data volume, and are automatically disconnected once predefined usage quota has expired.

ROLE-BASED POLICY ENFORCEMENT
4ipnet's role-based policy enforcement permits granular control over what each user group is allowed to do on the network. A stateful firewall can be set up to block guests from accessing the internal network while allowing employees to have access to permitted network resources. A guest role (group) can be assigned its own firewall rule, traffic route, bandwidth limit, and login schedule.

TRACEABLE CLIENT BEHAVIOR
All guest traffic and behavior is traceable for auditing purpose. A detail user log is maintained by the system on a daily basis and can be configured to automatically send user log emails to administrators.
