APLF Fashion Access, Hong Kong October 2008 International Premium Fashion Accessories Trade Show

Trends Guide Entire Industry ?

With the leather industry merging rapidly into the larger global apparel and fashion industry, leather manufacturers have to keep abreast of fashion trends. The Materials Trends Lounge in Concourse 1, where specially selected premium samples are displayed, will be the pointer for Spring-Summer 2009 colors and materials trends. The Fashion Trends Lounge, in the Convention Foyer, features the color directions and fashion themes offered by the latest collections from Fashion Access exhibitors. Many buyers use these trend areas as a preview of the fair and as an aid to create a shortlist of stands to visit.

Brazil Sees New Opportunities ?

Based on their previous experience at the trade fair, Brazilian companies are gearing up to increase their presence at Fashion Access. Having met buyers coming to the Brazilian Pavilion, from all around the world, Brazilian exhibitors were satisfied with the business they made at the last Fashion Access. To underscore this success, their October 2008 show pavilion will be twice the size of the one last March.

You may also see footwear from Bangladesh, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Taiwan, in addition to Brazil.
