Recently, auction attendees at the Mobility Unlimited Jazz & Jewels annual fundraiser had an opportunity to bid on a stunning black ice diamond necklace graciously donated by the father and son team.  Since the inception of Mobility Unlimited, the Hansen’s have supported this annual event where the accumulative proceeds of their annual gift have provided lifts for vans, power wheelchairs, and hand controls for physically disabled working adults who simply need proper mobility equipment to maintain employment to be able to support their families. 
Gold & Gems is also an ongoing corporate monetary sponsor of the Mobility Unlimited Outreach Program enabling the agency to maintain an informational hotline assisting Oregonians with mobility information and referrals. Finding needs within the community is not a new thing for the Hansen's. "If I have learned anything about business is that it doesn't work if it is a one way street", says Ron. "It feels wonderful to be able to give back when we have received so much.  Mobility Unlimited is providing great services and equipment for people that truly need it. I am elated to be able to assist."
