Dr. Terrell Leeke practices medicine at Fairview Family Practice in Simpsonville, South Carolina. He is a graduate of Clemson University and the Medical University of South Carolina. During his thirty-year practice, he has encountered and counseled numerous patients with tobacco addictions and related medical problems.
