BCN Rentals announces investment of Satellite TV installations in apartments.

Spain (SANEPR.com) June 4, 2008 -- BCN Rentals has today announced the proposed installation of Satellite television in most of it’s properties. After reaching an agreement with local provider, BritSat, the Barcelona-Based tourist apartment rental company plans a staggered installation over the next few months.
This new addition to the fully furnished apartments will add even more quality to the already desirable short stay apartments, who continue to enjoy success after 8 years on the market.

Manager David Brydon explained, “It’s important to keep renewing and updating the amenities offered to our clients and we feel that the addition of Satellite television is an added bonus for our steady client base. Although most people spend more time visiting the city than staying in the apartments, market research has shown that clients will always choose the option of having the Satellite connection over those properties that don’t, perhaps just to catch up on news bulletins on a morning, for example.”

Mr Brydon also commented on the complexity of arranging for the parabolic antennas to be installed on the rooftops of buildings. Permission needs to be granted from the community of neighbours in each building as well as from the official administrator of each building.

“Patience is needed, unfortunately, with regards to the installations” continued Mr Brydon, “as the administrative necessities can hold back the speed of installations. However, we also need to ensure we respect all the current laws and safety concerns to ensure a happy installation for all involved”.
