BLC DOES A STRATEGIC INVESTMENT IN ANODE INFORMATICS

IT services provider Bottom Line Consulting Private Limited (www.blcserv.com), today announced a strategic investment in ANODE INFORMATICS PVT LTD (www.anodecorp.com), a provider of IT solutions and business consulting to logistics companies in India, by acquiring its 50% stake. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

Management of both organizations is happy and excited with this new formed alliance. Speaking on this event, Anurag Sharma, CEO of BLC said “This is a strategic investment in our ongoing pursuit of diversification of BLC operations through organic and inorganic growth. Anode has an inherent strength of their experience in Logistics industry and this partnership will help us enhance our service portfolio in TELEMATICS and WIRELESS SECURITY SURVEILLANCE INDUSTRY.” He further added that he was delighted to announce that entire senior management of Anode Informatics has decided to stay in the partnership and help the companies expand their operations.
Anode has been operational in the Logistic space and this partnership will enable them to expand their service and product portfolio in Telematics space. It was further announced that, Anode will retain the leadership role in this partnership from operations prospective.
