San Diego, CA, March 16, 2010 -- Fresh Start Surgical Gifts and BuxBack join forces to help provide free reconstructive surgeries for disadvantaged children with physical deformities.

As a BuxBack charity partner, Fresh Start receives donations through BuxBack’s free rewards program that allows its members to seamlessly earn cash back when shopping at participating merchants.
