Creative Sound Blaster sound cards
The Sound Blaster X-Fi series, Sound Blaster Audigy series, Audigy 2, Audigy 2 ZS, Audigy 2 ZS Notebook, Audigy 4, Audigy SE, Audigy LS and Live! 24 bit offer driver support, available from europe.creative.com. The USB Sound Blaster range including Sound Blaster Live! 24-bit, MP3+, Connect and Surround 5.1 will also be supported.
Creative's innovative Xmod USB audio upgrade offers native Vista support.
As Vista does not support multi-channel audio via DirectX in games, Creative has developed a free application, Creative ALchemy, which converts DirectSound 3D and EAX calls into OpenAL calls, enabling gamers with an X-Fi card to experience under Vista the same multi-channel audio they had under Windows XP.
