Chihuahua, Mexico Supplier Center Video Available On-Line

USA (SANEPR.com) December 19, 2008 -- The State of Chihuahua’s Supplier Development Center (CEDEP- Centro de Desarrollo Empresarial) has posted an on-line video to promote awareness of the main strategies that have been adopted in support of Chihuahua’s export manufacturing industry.

CEDEP effort’s include: The Competitive Intelligence Program, The Supplier Compliance Program and Virtual Business Center. The most developed “commodity” supply industries in the State of Chihuahua are: plastic injection molding, ferrous and non-ferrous die casting, metalforming, stamping, machineforming and thermoforming.

The Competitive Intelligence Program focuses on identifying investment opportunities for existing and international suppliers within the State of Chihuahua’s main industries. Research studies are developed for some of the State’s main clusters such as: communications, electro- mechanics, auto-motor, auto-parts, metal-mechanics and aerospace industry.

The Supplier Compliance Program supports existing companies through consulting, training, financing and quality certifications, reinforcing the small and medium size businesses productivity by integrating them to the State’s productive chain and ensuring quality supplies to the industry.

CEDEP’s Virtual Business Center, is a regional on-line supplier directory to link clients and suppliers of inputs and services. This is a free directory to support Chihuahua’s manufacturing industry.
