Portland, OR, March 15, 2010 -- Peri Ponchos, a Northwest hand-made favorite, has recently expanded their collection of adorable fleece ponchos to include a line of sustainably-produced children's fleece ponchos. Their EcoFleece line is made from high-quality polar fleece -- made entirely from 2 liter pop bottles.

Peri Ponchos started in 2002, when Peri made a hand-sewn poncho for her daughter. She soon was the envy of every little girl on the playground, and Peri began getting requests for other hand-made ponchos. She began sewing more and more until the schoolyard was full of spinning, colorful ponchos. Encouraged by other moms, Peri began creating a full line of children's fleece ponchos, and a business was born.
