Cloud Seeding Science Set For Discussion at EngEx 2010

With Southern California caught in the grips of a multi-decade drought, researchers and businesses are eagerly looking for solutions to bring more rain to arid communities. Southern California Edison is planning to bring the controversial issue of cloud seeding to the table for discussion at EngEx 2010, the leading conference for the energy and water industries taking place in San Diego in July.
