Orlando, Florida, USA. (SANEPR.com) July 13, 2007 -- The Florida Trend magazine has issued its fourth annual edition of Florida’s Legal Elite. The top 868 lawyers were selected from the 59,481 Florida Bar members who are currently licensed and practicing law in Florida. The attorneys were asked to submit the names of lawyers “whom they hold the highest regard – lawyers with whom they have worked or would recommend to others.”

The selection of attorneys was processed, checked and tabulated by Outsource America in Bradenton and Suncoast Opinion Surveys from St. Petersburg. Based on the points received for votes received from inside or outside the firm, the finalist’s membership status and history with the Florida Bar was examined by a panel of the 2006 Elite Lawyers from various practice and geographical areas.

Mr. Wooten was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida and graduated from the University of Florida. He has been practicing law as a plaintiff’s personal injury attorney in Orlando since 1968. His areas of practice include personal injury, products liability, aviation, insurance coverage disputes, and wrongful death. He is a Board Certified Civil Trial lawyer and is the current President of the Central Florida Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocacy.
