At that time, the person whose temperature estimate is closest to the actual temperature will win the prize.

The local Television Station meteorologist located nearest the Mayor’s office in Indian River County, Florida,
temperature records will be used to determine the actual temperature on March 31, 2010 so as to determine the winner. This weather report data will to determine the winner will be final.
