Filmmaker Shawn Baker along with Polychrome Pictures launches The Eddie Black Story

(SANEPR.com) June 4, 2009 -- New York, NY, May 09, 2009 -- Shot on location in Brooklyn, NY with producer Kevin Spice Greene of Boss Entertainment,Shawn Baker along with Polychrome Pictures launches The Eddie Black Story. Eddie Black stars Onyx’s Fredro Starr (Torque, Save the Last Dance), newcomer Daniel Philip, Chyna Layne (Push, HBO’s Life Support), and Mike Lubik.Eddie Black is a first year college student on the honor role but after financial hardship and a broken heart he attempts to find refuge in a street gang called Deceptikons.

Writer/Director Shawn Baker said he brought a myriad of life experiences from script to screen with the Eddie Black Story and was honored to collaborate with Polychrome because He knew that they will give the film clear visibility in this competitive market place.
