Flux-On – London Coutts London Jewellery Week

(SANEPR.com) June 2, 2009 -- Part of London Coutts London Jewellery Week, flux-On is an alternative event that will showcase the innovative new collections by the hottest up and coming London based jewelers on Thursday 11th June 2009 at the New Model Gallery in South London.

Twelve jewellers from Flux Studios will showcase their inspiring collections of contemporary jewellery at this exciting, live exhibition event.

Unconventional models, reflecting the diversity of South London, will wear the collections and distribute info-cards about the jewellery, between choreographed, short poses on podiums.

The Flux Jewellers will also be on hand to talk about their work.

Info cards and other publicity materials will be readily available, inviting the audience to enquire about, view or purchase the jewellery at other events throughout the Flux On programme.

Orders, commissions and other expressions of interest can be taken at the information desk on the night.

The public are invited to the studios to see jewellers at work.

• Family Workshops - June 14, 10.30 – 1pm and 2 – 4.30pm
Children and their carers experiment with metals (brass, copper) and texturing techniques to make a ring or a pendant.
