Graz the second biggest city in Austria with 250 thousand citizens did't pass the last european Parlament election without
creating a new election competition field .

The official city homepage offers a guest book where everybody can post a comment
without registration or giving any personal information .and this was used by a smart grazer who is supporting one of the biggest partys in the city to start his campagin
he just posted a short comment attaking the others partys.

In few hours the guestbook was pomped with replayes some with him
some against anyhow it starts on the 4th of Juni which means 3 days before the election and it did't stop till today .

The City did't take any action about what is going on on the guest book . and there could be one of two reasons 1st is that
most of the comments support the same party they did . the other choise there are not informed about it or they don't check it .

For the city there are alot of online portals which could be the suitable place for such discusions.
Few weeks ago was the start of the newest community for Graz www.grazonline.at which offers plus a Forum with over 20
