GarJen Corp Launches New Experience For Online Gift Shoppers

GarJen Corp’s new website, originally named CalendarsCardsandMore.com (CCM), now more appropriately also, CCMGifts.com, has developed primarily into an affiliate website with over 140 retail partners. CCM offers gift shoppers a variety of gift ideas and shopping options. The site was designed to be well organized and easy to navigate and to appeal to shoppers who are in a hurry, those who have no ideas, and those who have plenty of time to peruse the wide variety of gift idea articles.

Originally designed to offer GarJen Corp’s Bingotoons 2009 calendar and greeting cards and the ‘Luck of the Draw’ 2009 casino calendar to the gaming enthusiast, it quickly evolved into a fully functional gift shopping website for anyone. According to Gary DeNoble, the president, and web designer, of GarJen, “The idea’s for making the site better and more functional just kept coming. Keeping the gift shopper in mind, we attempted to create a shopping experience that would be interesting, easy and result in a successful visit.”

In collaboration with Jenynne DeNoble, product manager, the website was populated with the quality products from our retail partners that have a wide appeal and price range. “Basically, we have done the shopping for our visitors. We select gifts for the website that we feel most people will find interesting and will agree will make for an appropriate gift.”

Shoppers are given the option of ‘window shopping’ through the CCM Virtual Mall, getting gift ideas from the many gift idea articles, shopping the Amazon stores which feature products in a wide price range and have high customer feedback ratings, or simply select a gift from the many CCM Favorites featured on each of the main gift article pages.

To make the website ever more useful to shoppers, a ‘Special Offers’ page was created that highlight the special deals that are currently available from the retail partners. The offers change regularly so there is a bit of frequent maintenance that is required for this page. The types of offers shoppers will find here include: free shipping, clearances, free gifts, percent off sales, BOGO, sweepstakes and more. Shoppers can easily scan the ‘special offer’ banner ads and click through directly to the merchant site.

The CCM Marketplace portion of the website, is where it all started. Here are featured the current GarJen Corp Bingo and Casino gifts. Marketed to the gaming enthusiast, these products are manufacturer in the US and are unique in the industry. The Cartoon art of Rick Enright and Sherman Goodrich, two exceptional creative minds, are showcased in these calendars and cards. Space in the Marketplace is being made available also to local artisans to offer their products through CCM.
