Glass America President David Rohlfing Elected Vice-President/President-Elect of the AGRSS Council

USA (SANEPR.com) June 4, 2009 -- Chicago, June 04, 2009 -- The Board of Directors of the Auto Glass Replacement Safety Standards Council (AGRSS) Inc. elected David Rohlfing, president of Glass America, to serve as vice president/president-elect during its spring meeting in Charlottesville, VA. With headquarters in Chicago, Glass America is one of the largest independently-owned automobile glass replacement and repair companies in the country.

Rohlfing got his start in the industry in 1972 as an auto glass installer in Florida. He held numerous positions there, including store manager and sales representative, before taking over the business. Throughout the years, he has gone on to work with a variety of auto glass companies including Windshields America. In 2004, he joined with several investors to purchase Glass America and today serves as president and chief executive officer of the Chicago-based company. Glass America has locations in 22 states.
