Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning Company expands horizons on the web

Gohn & Stambaugh, Inc. specializes in plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services for both commercial and residential customers, in the South Central Pennsylvania region. The company was using an outdated website to create a web presence and gain customers via the internet. After realizing that their goals were not being met, they decided to upgrade the website.

This improvement came with the help of Affinigent, Inc. a York PA based internet development company. Affinigent worked closely with Gohn & Stambaugh to define their goals on the web and establish a means of achieving them through the new website.

“We wanted a site that was visually appealing, easy to navigate through, and easy to maintain”, says co-owner, Ben Stambaugh. “It is no doubt we got what we wanted with the launch of our new site”. The new site allows for a much stronger web presence. Separate pages of the site list exactly what services are available in each department, showcasing before and after pictures of projects.

The site was built in a special environment that allows Gohn & Stambaugh to control the content internally. They have the ability to edit text, add graphics, and even add news articles that display on the home page. “We wanted to give them the ability to maintain the site on their own”, says Affinigent owner, Don Bishop, “and the new technology we used does exactly that”.
