When the results of the survey came out, it was George Clooney who took first place as the favorite driving instructor among women. As for the male voters, Channel 5 newsreader Natasha Kaplinsky was the most preferred driving instructor. Among younger men between the age group of 17 and 24, Sharon Osborne was the winner, while Kylie Minogue became the top choice for men aged between 25 and 44 years of age. Also, a general result showed that Jordan was not as popular as Jo Brand.
For women below the age of 55, George Clooney was the favorite driving instructor. On the other hand, women above the age of 55 opted for a cooler guy in the form of Sir Trevor MacDonald. Other men who made the list were Peter Kay, Shane Richie and Sir Richard Branson.
While talking about the survey, Gareth Robinson, Managing Director of Carrentals.co.uk, said that a good car instructor is the difference between a good driver and a bad driver. It is common that people who are taking driving tests do not drive as good as they do on normal days. But having a good instructor will give a student driver solid basic skills that will make it easier for him to excel in driving.
Overall, the results of the survey show that George Clooney was the women voters’ favorite instructor, while Simon Cowell was the least preferred. As for the men who took the survey, they chose Natasha Kaplinsky as the most preferred driving teacher, with Jordan taking last place.
