Kotak Credit Cards Launches Unique Online Service

Mumbai, India (SANEPR.com) March 6, 2009 -- Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd., a leading issuer of premium credit cards in India today announced the launch of yet another customer friendly application that provides a head start for its customers to access their current and last account, transaction statement through a non logged section. The Kotak Credit Cards unique online facility enables the user to access their transaction statement anywhere, anytime, without the use of the mandatory password.

Credit cards as products are highly transactional as they are used by people for various kinds of payments and this makes it imperative for the bank to give its customer an easy access of his statement.

This radical, new offer from Kotak Credit Card comes with the option to print the statement or pay credit card bills online. Kotak Mahindra Bank has taken various measures to ensure safe and risk free online card transaction. The Internet Protocol (IP) address of the host (computer) is tracked to understand the location from where the user is checking his statement. Also, the Customer relationship number (CRN) is masked in order to avoid other people to look through the screen while the user is surfing. This enables the customer to access their statement from anywhere at anytime. The statement that appears on the screen does not display the demographics or card limits (one of the authentication parameters) of the user. The application also masks the user’s card number to ensure complete identity security.
