Seriously though, I can understand why newbie's to this online business give up. There is so much information spinning around your head, it's enough to paralyse you with 'information overload'.

I am a firm believer in building a list though (stating the obvious by now).

People know alot about driving traffic, but they don't push the traffic. Why?
