Lt. Col. Bob Weinstein Caught on the Beach by Fox & Friends

Fort Lauderdale, FL, February 20, 2010 -- Weinstein, who is author of several books on healthy living and conducts a military-style workout on Fort Lauderdale Beach in South Florida, was interviewed on February 5, 2010 by Brian Kilmeade during Fox & Friends on the Fox News Channel (FNC) coverage of the Super Bowl.

Brian happens to catch Colonel Bob while training a client and asked just what it is he does.
