Mr and Mrs Makeovers - John Lewis Fashion Advice Service

The Mr and Mrs Makeovers are aimed at women who are often let down by their partner’s style, or embarrassed by his lack of effort.

During the Consultations, John Lewis Fashion Advisers will ask couples what occasion they want to dress for – they will then style-match and co-ordinate outfits as well as giving top tips and advice on key pieces to invest in.

This will be the first time ever that couples have been invited into the John Lewis Fashion Advice Service in its ten year history.

Amanda Slader, Chief Fashion Adviser at John Lewis, says, “This new concept is really exciting. Having previously worked in men’s tailoring, I’m looking forward to the challenge of dressing men in outfits that not only complement their partner’s style but also their character. This is a chance to whip these men into shape and have some fun.”

To help couples curb unforgiving fashion disasters this Christmas, Amanda Slader, Chief Fashion Adviser at John Lewis, has pulled together the guide for men and women to follow.
