New car hire website target Cyprus as their opening market

This is something of a brave move for a start up venture, with generally rising global oil prices, and vacation costs also on the rise, it could be said that vacation targeted car rentals are likely to take quite a hit in the current global financial climate.
Fred Rubble was quick to respond that “I feel that the doomsayers, who are predicting a down trend in car rental for holiday makers, are failing to understand the general mind set of the target consumers. Let us not forget that for many families, the annual vacation is often the only time of the year that a family can spend time together, with few of the normal day to day problems getting in the way, due to this, many families are more than prepared to invest considerable monetary resources in to ensuring that the family vacation is as perfect as it can be. To this end, for those tourists who are visiting locations such as Cyprus, which can be greatly enhanced b y having local access to a vehicle, we expect that families will be more than willing to spend that little bit extra to make sure their holiday together is all it can be”.
In some ways, industry analysts would support this hypothesis, as even in the light of the quickly rising cost in holiday accommodation and transport, few would be tourists have actually decided to cancel or postpone their annual vacation. It would seem that most people consider their yearly holiday to be something immutable, which will be enjoyed no matter the cost.
