New homes underway in Werneth

UK (SANEPR.com) May 2, 2008 -- After many months of consultation and planning, construction has now begun on a range of attractive, energy efficient new homes near Suthers Street - the first in the town’s exciting plans to transform North Werneth and encourage more people to live in the area.
Haslam Homes is building 63 properties ranging from two bedroom apartments to generous family sized five bedroom three storey homes with fully flexible accommodation.

The homes will feature high quality fitted kitchens and designer style bathrooms, all built to Haslam’s renowned specification. Lower energy bills are a big attraction in new homes. Haslam Homes’ timber frame construction system offers extra insulation, including insulation in interior walls, giving even better fuel efficiency.
Haslam Homes has worked with the HMR Pathfinder to ensure the new homes will reach the Eco Homes 'Very Good' Standard rating and CABE Building for Life ‘Silver’ standard – all good news when it comes to saving on household bills.
