Nvolve are currently in talks with a number of data management system providers in the hope of extending their product functionality into the data area with tools like Human Resource Management Systems integrated with their learning management system. It is now their plan to make contact with performance management vendors with a view to providing a fully integrated Talent Management System.

Lots of them have the three core components; HR systems, LMS and Performance systems but few of them have any of these integrated therefore none of these are managed correctly nor are they getting the maximum benefit of having them. We do a lot of the integration for them but have decided by partnering with some of these other vendors, Nvolve plan to offer a fully integrated talent management system”.
