OCM Launches Contemporary Summer’08 Collection

Amritsar – OCM India Ltd., a leading Indian manufacturing company of worsted wool fabrics, launched its Summer’08 Collection on the occasion of Sales Conference in Amritsar.

Showcasing the New Summer’08 Collection, Rajeev Surana, CEO, OCM India Ltd., said, “We are introducing more than 400 NEW designs in various colour variations for the domestic market. This New Summer’ 08 Collection has been designed keeping in mind the choice and preferences of the young and vibrant Indian consumer. This new collection has various compositions of linen with polyester and wool as well as linen blended with polyester and Viscose. Another new range has been created to offer light weight fabrics in polyester and wool blend in 85/15. The concept for the collection has taken inspiration from round the year wearablility, giving classy yet modern touch, suitable for the taste of young executives, unique for festive and formal occasions. You can say another stellar effort from team OCM to create that special something for which OCM is known as stands out in the clutter.”

After Re-launching brand “OCM” in its new avatar and with the increased visibility of brand in the market has further augmented the customer belief that OCM is back in business with full zeal and vigor. OCM is on the rise with a recent boom in retail sector and has associated itself with leading brand names in the retail chains and is supplying fabric for garments in their brands.

Rajeev Surana further added, “Currently OCM products are being sold through more than 1200 direct retail outlets across the length and breadth of the country. While reorganizing the territorial distribution of the dealer network, we are planning to increase the number of new sales point by almost 200, which will help OCM in reaching closer to its customer and achieving a market share of over 15%. This time our greater focus will be on the semi-urban and rural markets. “
