One Thousand Ocean hosts private premiere of HGTV ‘Selling New York’ episode

BOCA RATON, Fla. – When One Thousand Ocean hosted an exclusive prescreening of a new episode of HGTV’s “Selling New York,” guests eagerly gathered to view it, knowing that the luxurious oceanfront condominium played a starring role. Held in a sprawling, $15-million-plus penthouse at One Thousand Ocean this August, on the same evening that the episode was scheduled to air on the HGTV network, the event enabled partygoers to preview the episode before others across the U.S. and Canada watched it.

Celebrity guest of honor Sabrina Kleier-Morgenstern, who is among stars of the highly rated “Selling New York” reality series, was a welcomed addition to the festivities, which included a cocktail and dessert reception, as well as the prescreening – replete with movie concession-type treats – shown on a giant screen.

The total dollar volume of closed sales to date is just under $180 million. One contract is pending and only 12 residences of 52 remain.
