Online Kriya Yoga Classes

By the end of September 2010 Vincent Sandee (Swami Ekabuddhyananda) will start giving a series of classes and precious spiritual teachings that will start you on the path of Kriya Yoga and towards a truly Higher Life. All based on donations.

The Kriya Yoga path is also is for people who are Aware of their Spirit and want intellectual and practical clarification on how to use their Awareness in a creative way.

I identified the teachings of Yoga as a resource of true connection with myself; as my self-nourishment; the food for my soul and an enhanced awareness. I am talking about all aspects of Yoga, not just the yoga postures known as Hatha Yoga, today much more used as a gymnastic mechanism. I refer to the methodology of Yoga that brings you in touch with your true nature, with the image of the Universe within you, some people call it God abiding, or living, in you.
Yoga is not a religion, is a methodology and a way of life. One could practice Yoga even if he’s a Christian, a Bhuddist, a Muslim, a Sufi, etc…
This is because the Universality of Yoga is such that it doesn’t belong to a system of beliefs, but it is made up of Universal Principles that are common to all religions. For example we find the principles of Love, of Peace, of Non-Violence. These are principles common to every true religion.
All true religions are also trying to point the way to happiness while avoiding suffering. Again this is a way of life based on principles. Yoga, with it’s beautiful methods gives one total Mastery over one’s life.

I practice Kriya Yoga, which is in itself a way of life and a methodology, especially as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda. And I have also been fortunate enough to have studied directly with two great teachers who had known Yogananda personally.
All the teachings that I will refer to here are highly inspired by the Kriya Yoga teachings, even if I have adapted their use to modern reality. I have NOT changed the teachings and the techniques, which are absolutely pure in their methodology and system, but I have adapted the philosophical principles into modern day practical living steps. In this way everyone can use Universal principles easily in their life and bring incredible improvements.
