The Pelican Lake Cafe new website offers information about the Cafe. It includes menu items, hours of operation, map of location, and pictures from throught the Cafe. This allows customers to gather the most information about the Cafe.

This wonderful Cafe serves food in the area of Randlett, Utah.
Here are our menu items. For Breakfast we have: All breakfst are served with two eggs, hash browns and toast. Four sausage links and eggs, Two sausage patties and eggs, ham and eggs, 4 slices bacon and eggs, and country fried steak and eggs. We alos serve omelets to order, breakfast burrito, a breakfast snadwhich and biscuts and gravy. On the sewwt side we offer pancakes, french toast, and a cinnamon bun.
Luch items include:
9 different types of burgers. Pelican Burger, Avalon Burger, Ouray Burger, Cheese Burger, Double Cheese Burger, Bacon Cheese Burger, Chili Burger, Hot Hamburger, and a Philly Beef Sandwich. We also offer Tacos, Country Fried Steak, Chicken Strips, Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Grilled Cheese Sandwich, BLT, Crispy or Grilled Chicken Salad, and sides which inclued fries, onion rings, or a side salad. We also offer milk shakes and a variety of other beverages.
