(SANEPR.com) May 15, 2009 -- Rick Case of Rick Case Hyundai, one of America’s largest Hyundai dealers and the first Hyundai dealer in America, has reported that the February 2009 sales reports confirm that sales have increased by 30 percent from February 2008 to February 2009 at all six Rick Case Hyundai locations in Florida, Georgia and Ohio.

Last month, Rick Case Hyundai dealerships in South Florida reported that sales were up 42 percent from February 2008 to February 2009. While national industry new car sales were down 41.3 percent last month, the Hyundai brand nationally was only down 1.5 percent. Hyundai sales were much better than national. The performance in February is attributed largely to the newly implemented Hyundai Assurance Program and the most recently announced Hyundai Assurance Plus, which offers the all new, first-time-ever offer to all customers who buy or lease a new Hyundai – if in the next year the customer loses their income, they can keep the car for three months and Hyundai will make the payments with no reimbursement necessary, and after that Hyundai will still let the them return the car at no cost to the customer. Additionally, customers can still receive the benefits from the initial Hyundai Assurance Program which offers a 1-year vehicle no-cost return program protecting against circumstances, such as if they lose their job.
