Lucknow. The Samajwadi Party has advocated seizure of unaccounted (black) money in the country while claiming that terrorism and recession were the biggest challenges before the country. Releasing the party`s manifesto here today, SP president Mulayam Singh Yadav and general secretary Amar Singh, pointing on the prevailing corruption in the country, said government should seize unaccounted money.

`If SP comes to power at the Centre, then it will bring all the country`s black money from other parts of the world`, he said. In the 16-page manifesto, the party claimed that regional disparity was the main reason for growing terrorism in the country and claimed that only strengthening of the Panchayat system could counter such menace.` Our Panchayat system is not complete and even it works under the direction of the US`, he added.

The Samajwadi Party has given more stress on the recession by dedicating two and a half pages of the menifesto on the issue. The party blamed the past Central government for the present recession due to promoting of `Forward Trading`, `Share Bazaar` and ` Mall Culture` .

Mr Yadav said if SP comes to power then these would be either banned or will be regulated.` party will promote use of manual labour and less use of machines and computers which is the main reason for unemployment`, the party claimed. The party has also said a central water policy should be adopted for the benefit of the farmers while unemployment in the country could be eradicated through setting up more cottage and medium industries.

They made it clear that SP would fight for the reinstatement of the terminated 22,000 policemen in the state while the Centre should remove ban on visas for foreign students in Darul-ulum Deoband. The SP leaderas said reservation should be given to Muslims and others in the private sector also.The party supremo also objected to further division of Uttar Pradesh.` Such division only creates problems in the law and order and administrative decisions`, he said.
