Now in their 13th year, the awards were presented by former BBC Royal Correspondent Jennie Bond at a glittering gala dinner in London’s Grosvenor Square. Approximately 400 property professionals representing 56 different countries around the globe gathered in eager anticipation of winning one or more of the 100 highly prestigious awards across 20 categories. The International Property Awards are supported by five media partners and no less than nine professional bodies, their aim being to identify the very best in the residential property market.
