See in the summer with wine tasting at the Maynard

UK (SANEPR.com) March 11, 2009 -- Summer is finally around the corner again and you can get in the mood for the long, light nights with a ‘Taste of Summer’ wine tasting at The Maynard on Friday 17 April.

The event starts at 7.30 pm. Tickets are priced at just £25.00, including a fabulous Maynard restaurant meal and a taste of all the recommended wines on the evening. Tickets for this event are strictly limited, as the restaurant has a maximum capacity of 50 people. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

Following on from recent wine tasting successes at The Maynard, local wine expert John Hattersley will again be host for the evening, explaining his choice of accompanying wines and providing an interesting insight into the wine producing regions and specific vineyards.

Paul Downing, The Maynard’s Director, said: “People tell us our wine tasting formula works well, and we are expecting another full house again. Last time, we had over 100 people in the ballroom for our wine tasting, and we have decided to make this event a more intimate and personal experience, with tickets limited to 50 people in the restaurant.”
