Seventymm.com Launches "Express Delivery of Movies"

Seventymm.com, one of India’s largest movie rental company announced the launched of ‘Express Delivery Service’ that drastically cuts the delivery time of DVDs from days to just few hours in the largest movie markets of Delhi, Mumbai & Bangalore. This service, which is an industry first in India, is currently in introductory phase and is being offered at no extra cost to members.
With this service, combined with their recently launched ‘Available Now’ feature, that did away with standard industry practice of online queuing multiple movies to allow the rental companies to decide which movie they would finally deliver, Seventymm.com is the first rental movie rental company to offer full control to customers on the specific movies they wished to watch and when.
Claiming that the newly launched service will make movie-watching all the more enjoyable, said Mudit Khosla, CEO of Seventymm.com, “we believe in keeping the members happy and raising the bar for other movie rental companies. This is second among the new initiatives being planned by the company in coming months.” The company had recently launched UP999, a scheme that allowed customer to rent unlimited movies for a period of three months, which has seen a good success.

Giving Seventymm.com an edge over other movie rental services, these initiatives will hopefully create ripples in home video segment, which has over 60 million DVD player homes as its potential customers across India.
