Stock offering news: Associates Capital Pre-sale shareholders see 80% return first week

After showing more than 20 companies the road to promising public capital, in weeks as opposed to years, reverse merger expert Associates Capital Group will announce a first offering of 10,000,000 of the company's common shares the first week in June.

“In order to build momentum heading into the official offering campaign,” says Associates Capital COO, Sam Ryker, the company is authorizing pre-sale inventory of approximately 1.5 million common shares to pre-authorized investors. This pre-sale will run in length of 2 weeks.

This first 7 days reflected sales demand which warranted price movement to $0.38 cents per share and then to $0.45 per share. Remaining pre-sales shares are available at $0.45 cents per share. This reflects an initial pre-sale return of 80%. Official offering shares will be introduced to the market at between $2.50 and $5.00 per share. Shares will become immediately available for both purchase and sale on the National Over The Counter Bulletin Board (OTC BB) quotation system. Pre-sale shares are available through Associates Capital Group.
