The Health Colonel Marries in Military Wedding Ceremony at the Ancient Spanish Monastery

Bob Weinstein, USAR-Ret., author and fitness beach boot camp instructor on Fort Lauderdale Beach, located in South Florida will marry Grit Gagelmann, research nurse, who is from Zurich, Switzerland and originally from Germany on Sunday, April 5, 2009 at 3:30 pm in the Chapter House of the Ancient Spanish Monastery in North Miami, Florida.

This will be a military wedding with the 482d Base Honor Guard of Homestead, Florida performing the traditional ceremony as the military detail with sabers. The US Naval Sea Cadets , Team Spruance, will perform the Color Guard ceremony.

Grit and Bob met a couple of years ago as she was passing through Fort Lauderdale on a cruise. She wanted to know what a health colonel is. After many trips between Europe and the United States she has joined Bob to settle in Fort Lauderdale. During a recent Bob’s speaking engagement at the Broward Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America with Grit in attendance, Chaplain Clement J.
