(SANEPR.com) June 4, 2009 -- Pickles Auctions are holding a huge Water Affected Vehicle Auction in Rocklea next Wednesday, 10 June. Buyers have the chance to save thousands on over six hundred vehicles.
They are conducting the auction on behalf of major insurance companies as a result of the recent floods in Queensland. All vehicles are repairable write-offs, with varying degrees of water damage.
Pickles Branch Manager, David Henderson, says there are a huge number of makes and models that will go under the hammer at the Rocklea branch. The sale includes vehicles from most manufacturers including BMW, Daewoo, Daihatsu, Ford, Holden, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Subaru, Toyota, Volkswagen and more.
“We are pleased to be able to offer these vehicles to our customers,” says David. “Pickles are assisting insurance companies in these troubled times, which in effect will aid the public who have been affected by the extreme weather in the Sunshine state.”
Henderson estimates that hundreds if not thousands of dollars will be saved on each and every vehicle in the auction. With such a huge range available, those in the damaged vehicle arena have never had so much choice and it is now a perfect time to bid on a bargain at auction.
The Water Affected Vehicle Auction will be held on Wednesday, 10 June at 10.00am. Participants can bid onsite at 88 Grindle Road, Rocklea, or live in real-time via www.pickles.com.au.
David recommends an onsite inspection for those interested in bidding, with viewing hours being held between 8.30am and 4.00pm on Tuesday 9 June, and from 8.30am on the day of sale.
