WellnessWeb Introduces its Newest Member

Concord, NH, January 27, 2010 -- “Splat’s my name. Wellness is my game. I’m going green, why not join my scene?” says Splat the spider as a way of asking members to join his web, WellnessWeb. In another clip he claims, “you see, I keep falling out of my web. The newest member of WellnessWeb is an average, slightly-overweight spider looking to do his part for the earth and who wants to create a support group with others struggling with weight issues. He speaks out in two new videos inviting others to join him. Splat the spider is automatically added as a friend upon sign up at WellnessWeb.com.

WellnessWeb is a social network that’s all about wellness. The owners break down wellness into five spheres, or as Splat likes to call them, wellness web rings. They are individual, family, community, worksite and global wellness. Those seeking wellness on any of these levels are encouraged to join WellnessWeb, where they can connect and network with others with similar interests and:

Splat is also an advocate of going green. In his latest video, Go Green, he talks about the small changes you can make in your daily life to better the earth.

“Lower the heat even one degree. Borrow instead of buy, that’s always free. Turn off lights when their not in use. Twenty minute showers are water abuse,” Splat continues. “WellnessWeb is the place you see, to network with others and spiders like me. Let’s pool our ideas to make the earth clean. Together we will be a lean, green, wellness machine”.
