Young London IMJ member hits the catwalk!

“To be honest, I was doing it for a bit of fun I mean, I’m only 18 and thinking more about going to University than becoming a model!”

That was until one evening when browsing though IMJ-Online casting calls she came across her dream job as a London Fashion Week catwalk model.

“I had always read about the fashion weeks all over the world and now here was my chance to be apart of one.”

When she tried to click on the contact details she realised she needed an exclusive account to access the contact information.

Quickly checking with her mother she purchased the exclusive account giving her full access to casting calls and bookers details plus many more advantages.

Her mother Julie Bootham said, “When Claire came down the stairs in flurry of excitement I had to see what it was all about, the casting call described her perfectly and thought it was a very good idea to upgrade her account particularly at such a reasonable price. It has certainly paid off since.”

Claire sent the booker her composite card and heard back within a day.

“They wanted me to go to their offices to try on some of their clothes and walk for them; I was so excited” said a beaming Claire.

The Booker told her she had the job then and there. Since then she has done two other catwalk shows and has been signed to an undisclosed London agency.

Claire got her dream job and is looking forward to many more.
